Just thought I’d say hi!  I wanted to let you know that you’re not alone over there, we’re all with you every step of the way.  I’m checking in almost everyday to read the new posts and looking forward to seeing some pics!  Want to try and help you feel a little more connected to home so I’ll try and let you know what’s going on (not that it’ll be even half as exciting as what you’re up to).  

Sounds as if you’re having a brill time.  I’d love to see New York covered in snow!  I bet it looks amazing!  What are the people like?  Have you met many who are travelling in a similar way to you?  

Not much happening this side of the pond.  Merry is on holiday and sounds as if she’s enjoying herself, bless her.  She said she saw a bar called ‘Jack Daniels’ and said it made her think of me, can’t think why  ???  

Job hunt isn’t going too well but keeping my fingers crossed – gotta keep saving!

Anyhoo, that’s about all the news I’ve got!  Told you it wouldn’t be much.  You take it easy over there on those luxury trains!  Don’t want you hurting yourself on the velvet floors!

Tried to send a private message but it’s asking for a username and password I use for Microsoft and I’m not sure if I actually have one, and if so, what it is!  ???

You’ve done so much already it’s pretty amazing!  Looking forward to seeing the pics!  I imagine the Whitehouse as being quite awe inspiring.  It’s such an icon that to actually be in front of it must just take your breath away.  

But to more important matters, just how big was the biggest McDonald’s in the world?  

Seriously though, I’m really proud of you!  You’re living the dream baby!
