Alright Dude

Alan

Hiya,

Just spoken to Dad and thought I should actually register with this forum and send you a message. Still feeling really rough but on the mend, although I think everyone else in the house is slowly starting to get ill now too! Dave’s already got a sore throat!

Great to read your texts, sounds like you’re having a wicked time, trains sound cool, bit different to the slam-door ones here eh!? Keep wrapping up warm, take loads of photos and we’ll be seeing you soon sis!

Love Alan,

P.S. Hi from Dave, Dave, George and Tom too!

Hiya,

Just wanted to say hi and see how you’re doing. When are you off to Fiji? Hope LA was ok and you got to see a few sites, sounds like you did. Also hope you’ll enjoy seeing Rebecca in Seattle! I got back to Bournemouth on Thursday, so settled back in now, just doing a bit of revision at the moment.

Anyway get back to me when you can,

Take care, love

Alan.

Hi Alan

Glad to hear you are settling back into it, not long left of uni now huh? Hope the work that you had to do went well, and you are not too jet lagged, spoke to mum and dad today and they said they are still suffering from it! †:)
Still in Vancouver at the moment, coming to the end of my third day here, its been nice but been down quite a bit, in the mornings mostly, thinking about you all and missing you like crazy. Think it will get a lot easier when I leave the states, I’ve enjoyed it but it’s been lonely. LA was cool, stayed with Louise and her friend Anna, the acted like my tour guides for the day and a bit that I was there. LA is soooo huge, easily the biggest city I’ve seen, but they had a hire car so we drove round to some of the sites in that. Saw the Hollywood sign which was very cool (easily my favorite, along with the boulavard (can’t spell as always) where the stars names were within stars on the pavement, along with the signitures and hand prints in the pavement. Also saw Hollywood Bowl, where a lot of concerts are held outside, we drove down Rodeo drive and the other two spotted Jessica Simpson! Also went past Paramount studios which was huge and very cool.
Spent A LOT of time in Vancouver at this beautiful, beautiful, massive park called Stanley Park. The weather over the past couple of days has been great so I’ve been walking around it, stopping to read your book, which I’ve managed to finish (weird wasn’t it!?) and just wildlife watching and people watching. Seen 3 arnie look a likes and one dog that looks like danny. How awful is it that I cant spell their breed! †:o Anyway not only have I seen loads of cute dogs but lots of squirrels and even a racoon today!
I booked my bus ticket to Seattle today, couldn’t get a train, it’s on Monday at 8.45, so I’ll get into Seattle and hopefully meet Rebecca at 12.30. Really looking forward to seeing her. My flight to Fiji is on the 30th (next Saturday) at 20.45, from LA, so I need to get back to Vancouver for my flight from here to LA at 13.40. Decided to come back here on Friday night and stay another night at the hostel, so my bus leaves seattle at 21.00, and gets in gone midnight. But least I can take my time on Saturday morning and have plenty of time to get to the airport.

Keep in touch big brother, miss you so much already.

Love you loads, your big sis x x x x x x x x x x x x x x

P.S Glad you liked the pics, once again Dad did a fantastic job.

Oh and I went on your site, but had trouble becoming a member, but loved the concert photos x x
